Engagement Photos CT – Lauren and Mike | Connecticut Wedding Photographer

Lauren and I connected over a phone call outside of the most unlikely places I would ever take a client call – Homegoods! In the middle of all the sounds of cars, people, carts, we listened to each other’s stories and relayed our love for photos and photography. I ended that call completely jolted and again with this realization of why we love what we do so much – it’s all about the folks we are lucky enough to run into.

Lauren is a gem and Mike is right behind her in that special gem-line. The minute we met in person, any anxiety we had simply melted away. Their smiles are gracious and their willingness to give everything a go made our hearts happy. Even the skies opened up at the end of the shoot as if to encompass the amazing energy and happiness for the day.

In the end, this shoot is all about love. Love for your partner, for nature, for doing what makes you the happiest. Cheers to Lauren + Mike! This kicks off their big celebration in just a month!
