They met for the first time at the rose garden across from Benton museum. After graduating, moving across states, and moving on the bigger things, they decided to come back to the place that had kickstarted it all. Justine and Cavan chose Jorgensen Center as the perfect place to commemorate the years of their relationship and tied the knot engulfed with family and friends. An especially intimate ceremony was made all the more beautiful as Cavan’s grandfather officiated and was the first to embrace and congratulate the couple.
Watching the intermingling of cultures and the little ways Justine and Cavan paid homage to their roots made our hearts smile. From donning traditional Indian attire that Cavan’s grandmother brought for them from India to including both cuisines, we appreciated the love these two have for their families and for making them a huge part of the celebration. Indeed, it was about everyone present and they took time to show that.
A large thanks also goes out to Cavan’s mother – Catherine – who took a large part of organization and execution of the day to make sure everything was flawless. We walked away from some gorgeous shots thanks to her planning! Catherine – thank you for everything! Your smile made us smile wider and we appreciated everything you did on the day. Watching you celebrate later that evening made us realize how much we look forward to having the same role one day in the future!
